We've got bell peppers that will go into chicken fajitas tonight!
And a couple of green tomatoes that Jadon got ambitions over:o)... He's just 3 after all! But that gives us a chance to try our hand and making fried green tomatoes - a Paulson family favorite!!

Yum, it's such a great feeling to pick fresh veggies that you planted! I agree, the photo is a bit of an optical illusion, it looks like that green tomato is the size of a basketball or something! lol
